Science Cafe: Research on Masaryk with Dagmar Hajkova

[2n Floor] At the first edition of Science Café, Dagmar Hájková, a researcher who specializes in Czech history of the first half of the 20th century, will present the current research from the Masaryk Institute and Archives of the Czech Academy of Sciences focused on Tomas Garrigue Masaryk and his presence.

Dagmar Hájková is a senior researcher in Masaryk Institute and Archive of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague. She specializes in Czechoslovak/Czech political and cultural history. She is an author, co-author or editor of the monographs and editions of documents from the First World War and inter-war Czechoslovakia. Her publications include “Korespondence T. G. Masaryk – Edvard Beneš” (2004, 2013), “Naše česká věc”. Češi v Americe za první světové války” (2011), and many others. Now she is preparing the edition of correspondence between T. G. Masaryk and the Brits.
