An bus accident. This is the beginning of a story that will unite the lives of three people. Hesse (Nina Torresi) is the only survivor, a girl always in search of true love. Enrico (Gianfelice Imparato), a stand-up comedian who is known for making people laugh, has lost something that night. Matthew (Giorgio Pasotti), a policeman and a rugby player, is the first to arrive at the accident’s site. Three lives, three solitudes, one destiny … a mad race against time.

A tale lived through the voice of his daughter Giovanna and the testimonies of those who knew him. Anecdotes, photos, archive footage and original music by Pino Daniele offer an intense and emotional portrait dedicated to an artist of our time, but especially the story of a man, a husband, a father and a friend.
