1990s Prague Through American Eyes

Tuesday, May 21, 2019 @ 7:00 pm

Join us on a journey back in time to 1990s Prague with its decaying facades, unexplored commercial opportunities, and the cultural scene that was resurging after forty years of oppression. The neuroscientist and entrepreneur André Fenton, the speechwriter and strategic communications advisor for IBM Rob Lewis, and Maura Griffin, co-founder of The Globe Bookstore & Coffeehouse and a former Prague Post reporter, will share their experience of living in Prague in the years that followed the Velvet Revolution. Moderated by Vera Dvorak.

Followed by Q&A and a light reception.

Suggested donation $5.00
